Information collected

When you use the inquiry form, this website collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, inquiry category, and message. If you select a fitness inquiry, the form also records whether you acknowledged the fitness disclaimer. An anti-spam field may be used to identify automated submissions.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to deliver, review, and respond to bookings, casting opportunities, media requests, partnerships, coaching inquiries, creative projects, and other messages. It may also be used to prevent misuse, maintain reasonable business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. This website does not sell or rent inquiry information.

Form and email providers

The inquiry form uses FormSubmit to process and forward submissions to Leon Budrow’s approved email inbox. FormSubmit and the applicable email provider process information as service providers under their own privacy terms. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, or financial information through the form.

Google Analytics

This website offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement to understand website traffic and how visitors interact with its pages. The Google tag is blocked until a visitor allows optional analytics and media. If allowed, Google Analytics may collect information such as page views, session activity, approximate location, traffic source, and browser and device details, and may use a first-party cookie including _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions. Analytics is used to measure and improve the website, not to sell personal information.

Cookies, local storage, and preferences

The site stores a first-party privacy preference in the visitor’s browser so it can remember whether optional analytics and embedded media are allowed. This preference is functional and does not identify the visitor to Leon. Optional analytics cookies are not activated unless the visitor allows them. Visitors can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer and change their selection.

Third-party media

Embedded Spotify and YouTube media is blocked until a visitor allows optional analytics and media. If allowed, those services may receive technical information, use cookies or local storage, and process activity under their own privacy terms. Links to Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Eventbrite, social platforms, and other external services open sites governed by their own policies.

Retention and security

Inquiry information may be retained in the receiving email account and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the website, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, by using the Contact page or emailing leon@leonbudrowlive.com. You may choose Essential only in the site’s privacy controls, avoid third-party links, adjust browser settings, or use Google’s available browser and account controls to limit analytics collection.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
